Cheryl vs Alex

This WAG and ex-WAG have both taken on the short dress with the train but neither are successful. The look was pioneered by Balmain in S/S 2009 so both are 2 seasons out of fashion .

They are wearing the same dress but both looks have clearly been put together by a stylist. They look trend-led (nude/gothic), without personality and frankly, boring. Cheryl looks slightly better as she doesn't make the dress look as cheap as Alex does. The ability for Alex to make a £10,000 outfit look like Primark always amazes me and shows that money can't buy you style.
